Replace Worn, Torn, Or Damaged OE Steering Rack Bushings. Similar to many passenger cars today, 2007-2011 Toyota Tundras employ an independent front suspension equipped with a steering rack. As mileage racks up, especially on trucks equipped with suspension lifts and larger tires. Synthetic-Polymer Construction. Whiteline Performance’s Toyota Tundra Steering Rack Bushings are not constructed from the typical wear and failure-prone OE-rubber. Instead, they employ their proprietary Synthetic Elastomer to create bushings that are both stiff and heavy-duty, as well as pliable and comfortable. Additionally, Synthetic Elastomer is extremely resistant to chemicals, extreme atmospheric conditions, and oils, making it the ideal material for use on applications in or around the engine bay of your Tundra.
