      Description

      More Space for Cargo, More Space for Guests. When you take the family on long journeys, you need as much space as possible. You need room for the clothes, toys, beach chairs, food and the like. Plus, you need the most possible room for the family. This Cargo Bag handles all of these questions, offering you cargo space on the roof, which in turn, gives you more room in the interior.

      Construction and Appearance. This Extended Roof Rack Cargo Bag measures 56 x 22 x 21 inches and offers 15 cubic feet of storage. The bag is made from 500 x 500 denier, UV-resistant vinyl and features welded seams to be weather resistant. The bag is black and folds easily for storage.

      Installation. There are 6 tiedown straps to keep the cargo bag secure to the cargo carrier frame. The zip closure has hook-and-loop flaps to keep the inside dry and the zippers feature huge holes to be able to handle padlocks.

      Warranties. There are a pair of 1-year warranties with this product - 1 for parts, 1 for finish.

      Application. This Cargo Bag offers a universal fitment.

      Just what I needed

      Let's just say that it sucks to have your towing stuff hauled away by someone it doesn't belong to. This thing is sturdy and will guard whatever I install on my hitch. Bang for your buck, this is just what the doctor ordered.

      15 degrees!

      I installed my hitch when it was 15 deg. outside. A hint- take the 1/2 bolts and spacer and put them together with some adhesive and set upside down overnight, it makes it easier to slide them through the crossmember with the fishing wire.

      Easy to use.

      This is the easiest to use for a secure fit I have found so far. I can use it for one bike by just leaving the parts for the second bike off or adding those parts in under a minute for the second bike. Putting the bike in the clamps takes only seconds, including locking the hold hook in place. I've used this off-road many times and it holds the bike very securely. If you have it on a jeep with a spare tire, I strongly recommend a heavy-duty hitch extender (which are not very expensive). Note: the rear door will not open with this rack attached.

      Tow hitch

      Very well constructed. Same weakness as my off road bumper in that no safety chain accommodations. By adding chain loops it is a complete package.

      Nice but you need extender

      Welds don’t line up quite flush was a pain. Wear glove and use a few wrenches to hold bolts from spinning. Nice clean design.
