How to Install Tuffy Security Door Lockers on your 1997-2006 Wrangler

Mounting Directions

1. Using a T-40 torx wrench, remove the bottom bolt from top body hinge.

2. Using the special security allen bolt provided, fasten the correct door locker to the
vehicle, do not tighten fully.

3. Lock the door locker by inserting the key and rotating the cam over the door hinge
pin.

4. Make sure that the door locker body will not rub on the door hinge when the door is
opened and closed (Leave about 1/16” space between hinge knuckle and door
locker).

5. Tighten the allen bolt with the special tool provided. Be sure to put the special allen
wrench in a safe place, they are not easily replaceable.

6. Check lock operation.
