How to install Rugged Ridge Front Seat Covers on your 2007-2010 Jeep Wrangler JK

Preparation:

Vacuum and clean seat before installing seat covers.

Installation instructions

1. Pinch both the head rest retainer clips in and pull head rest out.

2. Take the top half of the seat cover and slide it over the seat. Work it all the way down until you are happy with the fitment.

3. Take the tape measure and measure the bottom half of the seat. Should be about 12”

4. Measure and cut 12” of cardboard off the shipping box.

5. Lay the seat forward and place the cardboard piece you just cut out between the top and bottom seat pieces.

6. Fish your new seat cover through the top and bottom pieces of the seat. Be sure the keep it on top of the cardboard.

7. Pull seat cover through the back of the seat and Velcro together, remove cardboard piece.

8. At the top of the seat located the two holes. Carefully push down and around the head reset retainers until the seat cover is underneath.

9. Take bottom seat cover and place over the bottom half of the seat.

10. Fish the 2 clips through the top and bottom seat.

11. Pull all the way through the back of the seat. Find the straps and pull them under the seat and to the back being sure not to interfere with the movement of the seat. Clip them together and pull snug.

12. Located the J hooks on the sides of the bottom seat cover. Latch to the underside of the seat.

13. Grab the head rest and connect the Velcro together.

14. Repeat on passenger side seat.

And that’s all there is to changing the entire look of your interior.
