Description
Nitto Trailer Grappler. Are you an owner that is on a quest to find a serious mud tire that's also good for everyday driving? If so, the Nitto Trail Grappler was designed just for you. Nitto's Trail Grappler mud terrain Tire gives you the best of both worlds: good off-road performance with quiet on-road comfort.
Rugged Tread Design. The tread pattern on the Trail Grappler has been engineered to reduce highway road noise by 36% over the Mud Grappler from Nitto. The tread design balances voids and tread blocks which contributes to the quiet ride while still evacuating mud and dirt from the tread. Stone ejector tabs also help to keep the contact patch clean, and unique 3D tapered grooves on the edge of the tread blocks increase traction on the trail.
Superior Traction. On the road, twin steel belts provide a smooth ride and enhance tread life. Nitto balances tread blocks with voids enhance both off-road performance and on-road comfort. Deep center siping help resist hydroplaning, and a deep "Z" groove down the center of the tire provides lateral stability and increases traction in rain, and mud. The voids and the chiseled shoulders also help to keep mud and rocks from sticking in the tire.

This is the second set of Nittos I’ve purchased! I love the aggressive look, although, they are loud as they begin to wear down. Love the tractions and they’ve lasted me years!

Nitto Trail Grappler MT
Very well made tires and very quiet for a mud terrain tread pattern. These tires are very well balanced and provide excellent handling on or off road. Highly recommend for jeeps.

Nitto Mud Grapplers
I have ran the Mud Grapplers for 9 years on my Lifted Jeep JK. They have been Awesome!! Half that time was in mud/dirt off-road, The other half was on highway ( quietest mud tire I have ever seen ) I have 40,000 miles on them. I pulled two self tapping screws from them in this amount of Time/Miles and, They never punctured through. I have driven them through 14” snows and in heavy mud never having to lock in 4 wheel drive. I love my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and the new bright headlights, Sway bar connectors and a new set of Mud Grapplers really compliment my jeep!!! TY Extreme Terrain for having these Awesome products for Jeeps now. These great products were never available in past years. From ANY company. Again TY Extreme Terrain!!! Gary W.
