The main bars measure 3 inches in diameter, and the drop-down steps are welded firmly to these main bars. The slotted step pads are also welded on, and offer traction and additional stability. For a dash of modern style, these side step bars are polished to a high shine. The polishing process removes impurities, which smoothens the steel’s surface and boosts its corrosion resistance.
