      These shocks are 10/10

I recently installed a add a leaf kit to my rear suspension to upgrade the payload. It also raised the truck 2 in so it was awesome that this website had the 2-in lifted 5100 from Bilstein. It rides like a dream in the back and I'm going to spend my next money on getting 5100 in the front

      Nice shocks

My Tundra rides like new again. Toyota uses Bilstein shocks stock and my old rusty ones were still operational after 160000 miles. Wish I replaced them sooner, as the improvement is noticeable.

      Good option for price

Rides firm like a 3/4 truck but handles better. Improved towing and decent cost make it a good choice.

Got these to replace a broke factory shock. These are a little stiff but seem to work well.

Great Rear Shock Upgrade for Tacoma

The Bilstein B8 5160 rear shock is a great upgrade for improved ride quality and control, especially with a 0 to 1.5-inch lift. It smooths out bumps, enhances handling, and feels solid both on and off-road. The build quality is top-notch, and installation is easy. It’s even better when paired with the B8 6112 front suspension leveling kit, making for a well-balanced and capable setup. Highly recommend!

      Hands Down Best Overall

I believe these shocks are the best all around shock for your money giving you a much better than stock feel on road while providing even better performance off road. Nice and firm but supportive and flexible where needed. You wont be disappointed.

      Third set

This is our third set of Bilstein shocks between different vehicles we own. We live off a dirt road and have acreage we drive around on. But we also commute to a metro area for work. Factory shocks have never cut it for us. Our 2017 Wrangler JKU Sahara has a 3/4" front leveling kit from Rough Country (Item J10355). I checked with Extreme Terrain support before ordering because I could not decide between the 5100 series or the 4600 series based on our leveling kit. Typically, 5100's are for lift/level and 4600's are for stock. As it turns out, the 4600 series were fine. That said, the front shocks took a little more "negotiating" to get enough top bolt threads to show before I could get the nut on. I just used a c-clamp to compress it a bit. That was the only thing hard about it. Everything else was easy. Typically shock replacement stuff. Installation took about 90 minutes to get the front shocks on. It took about 10 minutes to change the rear shocks. I have 5100 series on my '18 Silverado and our old '15 Grand Cherokee. We are now running these 4600 series on our 2017 JKU and could not be happier!
