      Description

      Enhanced Performance. The BBK 1-1/2 inch Chrome Tuned Length Shorty Headers were designed to provide unhindered exhaust flow in your 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ. You will benefit from enhanced performance, torque, and horsepower in your Jeep.

      Heavy-Duty Chrome. These headers are made from 1-1/2 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing that effectively optimizes exhaust flow. Heat distortion is prevented by the innovatively designed 3/8 inch wide laser flange. The headers are made more durable with a heavy-duty chrome finish.

      Direct Fit Installation. You will enjoy the straightforward direct fit installation process. You can complete this installation with basic hand tools and moderate mechanical knowledge.

      Not CARB Certified. These headers are not yet CARB emissions certified. Their CARB EO number is currently pending.

      Application. The BBK 1-1/2 inch Chrome Tuned Length Shorty Headers are designed to fit all 1991-1999 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models. These headers are made in the USA.
