It turns your windshield mounted GPS into a dash mounted GPS unit. The Nav Mat is basically a heavily weighted round beanbag with a flat base in the middle. The 1.5 pound weight and the non-skid bottom keeps it from going anywhere! Your GPS Unit (or other portable device) is held in place by a clip that then suctions to the center of the NavMat. It's a solid mounting base that is portable and functional. If you don't want to mount anything on the windshield, this is a great solution.

Compatible with any portable GPS unit from companies like Garmin, Magellan or TomTom, the product contours to your dash and holds up to several pounds. No tools are required for installation and it uses the stock GPS windshield mount.
