Doesnt rattle at all! Keeps the jack out of the way. Only thing is to remove the top, you have to take the jack out.. but the jack is super easy to remove and put back in .... highly recommend.. BONUS... Your JEEP will look bada$$ when the top is off with your jack mounted there :)

Bought these to better secure my recovery jack to my rooftop mount. not only have they flawlessly survived a brutal off-road trip recently, the key-lock feature means we can leave it unattended and not have to worry about thieves.

Bumper Lift

This works well with my aftermarket bumpers, DV-8 , it can hook under the bottom lip of the bumper, or in the D Rings. Great add on to the Hi-Lift Jack.

It's heavy and heavy duty. It's built well and looks like it may last a lifetime.

An Ingenious Idea

I like that it free spins when locked. I plan on using a lock washer behind it. It would be a good deterrent for a random thief, but a bit of super glue squeezed into the bearing by a carefully prepared thief may get you jacked.

Wrong bolt size advertised

It does NOT use a 3/8 inch bolt as advertised. You need a 1/2 inch bolt! Otherwise, nice lock.

Jack of all trades

Love this jack. Im restoring a 1947 willy and needed a good ole American Made jack. This is the one. It does what I need and the quality is superior. I know once I hit the trail it'll be a handy tool.

Jack bed mount

Well made but not sure after bouncing around that it will stay to the bed lip especially if you have the plastic bed trip on top
