This access rack mounting system is composed of 10-gauge steel support legs and traverse cross bars, steel primary supports, and aluminum secondary supports for maximum strength. In addition, all welds are TIG welded for proper stability, and this access rack system is rated for 1,500-pounds of static carrying capacity overall. 

Black Powder Coating. ZRoadz manufactured this access rack with a three-stage black powder coating finish to resist corrosion on and off the road against the elements and debris that kicks up during off-roading. 

Bolt-On Clamps Assembly. ZRoadz provides handy tensioner clamps to secure this rack to your rail system without drilling or modification.
