Smooth Rotation. When your axle spins, it creates friction and resistance that could prevent it from rotating your wheels. Your vehicle’s axle bearings exist to prevent that resistance from building up, ensuring seizures don’t occur in the process. With Yukon’s Jeep Wrangler Drive Axle Shaft Bearing Kit, you get a replacement axle bearing and seal. Designed for the Ford 7.5-Inch rear axle, the bearing has an outer diameter of 2.25 Inches and an inner diameter of 1-2/5 Inches.
Designed to Stock Specifications. Yukon has gone with the no-frills approach of replicating your stock parts exactly with this bearing and seal. Both parts are made using quality materials that match the original OEM specifications. This means they offer the same level of performance as your factory original bearings.
Professional Installation Suggested. While fitting the axle bearing itself is a fairly simple task, accessing its location on your rear axle is not. As such, professional guidance is recommended for those who haven’t worked on their axles before.
One-Year Warranty. Yukon’s 1-Year warranty guarantees a return for repair or replacement in cases of material or manufacturing defects. Note that this is a limited warranty that carries exclusions for damage that is not the manufacturer’s fault.
Application. The Jeep Wrangler Drive Axle Shaft Bearing Kit is designed for installation onto the rear C-Clip axles in Jeep Wrangler TJ and YJ models made between 1990-2006.
Installation Difficulty. Fitting this part can take between 2-4 hours, depending on your skill level. DIYers will need advanced mechanical knowledge and an understanding of how to take apart their rear axle to fit this bearing.
