      Description

      Replace Your Gears. Fitting Dana 30 open differentials that have 27 spline axles, this Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit gives you a direct replacement for your vehicle’s gear set. It features a full kit, including 2 pinion gears, 2 side gears, roll pin, cross pin shaft, and spider gear thrust washers. This kit gets your gears into better shape than they were in when your vehicle left the factory. That means you get even more power when you’re on the road or trail.

      Quality Construction. Yukon states that the materials used to make this gear kit are better than the stock materials used for your OEM part. That means they’ll take more of a pounding and will last longer than your originals.

      Expertise Required for Installation. Though these direct replacement parts require no cutting or welding, you still need to understand your vehicle’s differential and gear system. Professional guidance is recommended, as is completing the job in a garage so you have access to the appropriate tools and lifts.

      Protection for a Year. Yukon provides a 1-Year warranty that guards against any defects in manufacturing. Note that this warranty does not cover damage incurred through natural wear and tear or misuse.

      Application. The Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier Gear Kit is designed for installation into Jeep CJ5, CJ7, Wrangler TJ, and Wrangler YJ vehicles made between 1971-2006.

      Installation Difficulty. Advanced automotive knowledge is needed if you intend to install this gear kit yourself. The job will typically take over 4 hours due to the need to access your differential and remove old gears.
