Jeep TJ Center Consoles for Wrangler (1997-2006)

While it is true that all Jeep Wrangler TJs come with center consoles, not all of them include full locking consoles. Some have half consoles that are obviously a lot smaller and may not lock. Why is this a problem? If you are an off-roader who also enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping, you may leave your vehicle for hours, even days at a time. Because most nature lovers explore the great outdoors during the warmer months, they often have vehicles that are equipped with soft tops. Now, as wonderful as they may be, soft tops don’t offer much when it comes to security. So, if you leave any valuables in your vehicle, they may be ripe for the picking. The Jeep Wrangler TJ consoles and storage units we sell would take a seasoned safecracker to break into. Made of 16-gauge steel, these consoles are essentially lockboxes where drivers and their passengers can store cell phones, electronic equipment, and other valuables without worry.
