Most factory-built Jeep Wranglers are now equipped with power-booster braking systems. These devices make it much easier to depress the brake pedal in regular driving situations. Like all automotive parts they can and occasionally do wear out. The most common symptom of power brake booster failure is a hard, high pedal that requires a much greater amount of force to apply. This typically results in a greater stopping distance, since the pedal takes longer to press down. We offer a quality selection of Jeep Wrangler brake master cylinders and power boosters for most models. They are relatively inexpensive and easy to install.
