(1)Justin: If you're looking for some easy-on, easy-off seat protection for your '21 and newer Bronco at home, then the WeatherTech Universal Fit option here in black might just be worth a look. Now, the WeatherTech will feature an incredibly durable weather-resistant polycotton twill fabric that is backed by a lifetime warranty and can be had for right around that low to mid-$100 price point for the single cover here in black. Now, install, as you might imagine, guys, will be extremely straightforward. This thing straps into place, so I figure a soft one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and no more than a minute or two of your time to complete from start to finish. So, again, the WeatherTech protector that we're talking about here today is gonna be for the 6th-gen owners who might be after some quick protection for their front bucket seats, either when wheeling off-road or maybe hauling the pup around but prefer to go with a quality option like a WeatherTech here as opposed to some cheap and flimsy parts store alternative.Now, with that said, the cover from WeatherTech is designed with their legendary quality in mind, and that really is evident as soon as you pull this thing out of the box for the first time, and you really just get a sense for how thick this twill fabric is. Now that fabric is water repellant, so it will help act as a barrier against water or mud on your cloth, vinyl, or leather seats. Now, holding the cover in place will be the combination of straps. For instance, we've got some Velcro straps up top as well as on the bottom, as you can see, there's a strap right there. You also have this textured non-slip bottom which is giving sort of this rubberized feel, and that's gonna help your bottom or rear end from sliding all over the place, maybe taking some turns at speed or busting out a random donut in a snowy parking lot, or maybe off-road. Now, as you can see, this particular color option is black. We also have a few different colors here on the site, including gray and tan, and all of them are backed by WeatherTech's limited lifetime warranty. Now, before we get into the install here, guys, I do want to quickly remind you that the price listed on the site is gonna be for one seat protector only from WeatherTech, so if you're looking to protect both front seats, obviously, just pull the trigger on two at the time of checkout and you'll be good to go. But now as promised, here is a super quick breakdown of the install as it's a pretty straightforward job, so check it out.Male: First thing we're gonna do, get our seat cover out. You'll see that it has, like, a textured finish on the bottom. That's gonna be the bottom of the seat. Plus, you're gonna have this little foam piece here. This piece we're gonna stick in between the seats and wedge it. This is gonna keep the middle of the seat cover stuck down so it doesn't pull back up. So now what we'll do is we'll start installing the bottom part of the seat cover onto the seat. So now we're gonna take that foam piece I told you about and stuff it down between the seats like that. That'll hold the middle of the cover back down in, and then we're gonna unfold. And again, the textured part is gonna go on the bottom of the seat. We're gonna pull this strap around and tuck the sides in by the console. Tuck this side in over here, and then we'll take our strap that we just undid and we'll give it a little bit of a snug to keep everything in place. That is the bottom of it. Now we'll start with our top. Now we're gonna take our top, undo our straps, put our black strap around that side, and then make sure that we put all our straps for the sides and the top to the back. And this cover will wrap around the seat. You can kind of get it in the center right where you want it. Now we'll go to the back, attach our straps, and our cover is installed. We'll start by connecting our headrest strap. And these are adjustable, so you can make them as tight as you want. Then we'll start and go down to our secondary strap. And again, you can make it as tight as you want, and our bottom strap, and it's just Velcro.That wraps up our review and install of our WeatherTech Front Seat Protector in Black for '21 to '22 Broncos. Not quite right
The bench protector fits nicely, however is not functional when you have the top down. The only attachment is at the headrest so the sides buffet in the wind and does not stay down
