This high-quality air intake feeds your Jeep’s engine with large volumes of clean, cold air through its free-flowing tubes. This greatly increases your vehicle’s power and torque so you can easily conquer even the most difficult terrain.
Works with OE Systems. This air intake is designed to work seamlessly with onboard systems and has been specifically tuned to your Jeep’s specifications. However, ExtremeTerrain recommends performing custom tuning after installation to get the best performance that this intake offers.
Cotton Gauze Oiled Filter. This air intake comes with an oiled MaxFlow 5 air filter. This reusable filter requires minimal maintenance and is made from high-quality cotton gauze that has been designed to capture microparticles and debris more effectively than the stock filter. No matter how dusty the trails may get, this filter keeps the engine of your off-roader contaminant-free.
Improved Airflow. With the advanced CAD technology used in manufacturing this air intake, you can expect maximum flow velocity, air volume, and density. Perfect fit!
The install went smoothly, very straight forward. the instructions were very easy to follow and there are many videos online that explained as well. Once I had the stock intake removed it only took about 15 min to install, so about 30 min total and I was taking my time. The first thing I noticed was how cool it sounded. Very deep bass when you accelerate. I also found that I went from 17 MPG to 20 MPG on the highway! In town it's the same. I would very much recommend this intake to others!

Air intake
Volant cold air intake was shipped and arrived on time. It was easy to install. Changed the sound of the Jeep Wrangler, and I think helped slightly in the milage and performance department. The intake is easier to clean than the stock. I am adding a muffler system, throttle body, and a tuner. I'll let you know once everything is installed.
