Description

The USA Standard Dana 44 Short Pinion Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit with the 4.56 reverse rotation gears lets you mount 35" tires. That's a lot of rubber to help you get over the worst terrain.
Gearing Up. If you simply swap to larger tires without re-gearing your Jeep, both fuel economy and acceleration suffer. Your engine doesn't know that your tires are bigger and works harder to get each rotation. A re-gear gets everything aligned so you can get the best performance with those larger tires.
Durable, High-Quality Construction. This ring and pinion kit is made using 8620 steel alloy and machined for a precision fit replacement that easily handles shifting with larger tires.
Professional Installation Recommended. Replacing the ring and pinion on your Jeep is intricate and requires some specialized tools. It might be best to leave this installation to a professional.
