How to Install US Speedo Daytona Edition Gauge Face Front Lock Icon - White/ Blue Night on Wrangler

01-06 Wrangler

1. Remove the Screws from the knee trim.

2. Remove the trip on the top of the dash.

3. Remove the 4 screws from the speedo trim.

4. Remove the trim around the speedo.

5. Remove the 4 screws on the speedometer.

6.Remove the clear Lens. Turn Key forward.

7. Lift the tip of the tach needle and move under the needle stop.

8. Lift the tip of the speed needle around the needle stop.

9. Mark each needle setting on the diagram

10. Unplug the cluster. Press on the snap to remove.

11. Take speedo into a clean area to remove the stock black gauge face.

12. Use the needle tool to remove the needles AND black gauge face.

13. Remove the plastic liner from the back side and place on the speedo.

14. Take speedo back to Jeep and plug in.

15. Set the needle exactly where you marked them at.

16. After you have the needles in place, Use the handle of the needle tool as a gap tool under the hub of each needle.

17. Place the needle stop into postion and reinstall speedo.
