Description
Speaker/Storage Unit. This Tuffy Series II Speaker/Storage Security Console; Black is a high-security, 16-gauge steel console that incorporates 2 oversized drink holders in place of a separate stereo compartment and will accommodate the factory sub-woofer or an aftermarket 8 speaker. The front and rear drink holders, padded armrest, and front console for levers are included in this model. The new sleek, custom fit design matches the TJ's refined interior, while offering 2.50 times more storage than the factory model.
Locking System. The patented Pry-Guard II locking system comes with a quarter-inch steel latch, which allows the lid to be closed without locking. An anti-twist push button lock system with a 10-tumbler, double-bitted key comes with built-in weather seals.
Installation. This mounts to factory holes, so some drilling required. Speaker not included. If any suspension or body lift modification has been done to the vehicle which affected the height of the shift lever, the lever will have to be modified.
