Marideth: If your floors are constantly dirty from whatever you track into your truck, these RedRock TruShield Series Precision Molded Floor Liners, with the front and the rear in black, will be an affordable solution for your 2016 and newer double cab Toyota Tacoma. Now, these will be great for the Tacoma owner who wants to protect their carpets from their off-road adventures or just standard dirt and rocks from day to day. Now, this will even do a great job at covering up any flaws that may already be on your carpets, adding a sophisticated look inside of your footwells. Now, this set will protect your carpet from spills, water, dirt, sand, mud, or whatever could potentially harm, or dirty up your interior, while adding some style points to the cab area in the meantime. Now the rear portion will also be a one-piece mat to completely cover the rear carpet, so you can keep some peace of mind there as well. Now, this will have it channeling on the center portion of the mat that's gonna make sure that whatever gets onto it is trapped, and can be channeled to the bottom or the side, so you can easily pop these out and clean them if need be.Now not to mention, down at the bottom on the front mats here, these are going to attach to the factory mounting points to prevent the mat from sliding around, causing any annoyance while driving. Now these liners will be built tough made of a black molded thermoplastic construction, which will be durable and matched with virtually any interior. This will also have high raised edges on the side, and the molded build for more of a custom appearance, and a well-fitted look, while being a bit oversized for additional protection over on the side here. Now these will be pretty affordable compared to some other choices on the page at roughly $175. I like the fact that this will offer that premium custom appearance and build, while being a complete package, including both the front and the rear mats. Now, I personally think if you're in search of one of the most affordable options that you can get for a custom mat while getting the job done and doing it well, then this is gonna be a great choice. Now install's gonna be super easy at a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, taking you no longer than five minutes to get the job done. Now speaking of the install, one of our customers here has installed this on their Tacoma and is gonna walk you through the details of getting this into yours at home. So, that's gonna wrap it up for me. Let's go ahead and get into it.Man: What's up everyone? Today, we got the RedRock TrueShield Series Floor Mat putting these into a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Normally, you'll have two floor mats that come from the factory. This one was not built with floor mats, so all you gotta do, they're not attached or anything. You're just gonna pull out your old floor mats, put them in the side, take your new one, and then just start it kind of at an angle, get it underneath, the two front seats, making sure we kind of slide under the tracks where the front seats move back and forward. So, we'll go ahead. We've got this side in. I'm gonna jump around to the other side. Slide that side in. Same thing, you've got these two tracks under your seat here. Just kind of make sure this slide's underneath there. It is a bit of a snug fit, but it is gonna fit right in there perfectly. Like I said, these are custom-made to your vehicle. You've got little extra protection here in the middle. But it's that simple.Let's go ahead and grab the front ones. Do the driver and passenger side. One thing to note, to know the difference, you want your emblem on the outside that shows which side it goes on. So, this being on the right side, it's gonna go on your passenger side of your vehicle. So, we'll go around front, throw these in. Same thing if you had any floor mats that came with the vehicle previously, they'd be in here. You've got these two little levers here. All you do is just unlock them. You can pull and remove your old floor mats. This one's gonna slide right on in the same way as the rears. You wanna just line them up with these two little levers here, press it down a little bit, turn them, locks it in place, and you're good to go. Last but not least, these are gonna go in exactly the same way as you just did the last one. Kind of slide it up, make sure you slide it under your pedals first. Line them up. Turn these two pens. Lock it down in place. As you can see looking at it, you've got these raised edges.Keep your interior nice and clean from any sort of spills, water, dirt, debris. The only other thing, make sure to check when you install your driver's side, just get in the vehicle, check the pedals, make sure there's no rubbing, but again, you got plenty of clearance. But always just kind of make sure these aren't rubbing or touching your pedals or anything like that.Marideth: So, that's gonna wrap it up for my review and the install on these RedRock TruShield Series Precision Molded Front and Rear Floor Liners in Black, fitting all 2016 and newer Double Cab Toyota Tacomas. And remember, for all things Tacoma, keep it right here at extremeterrain.com.
