Excellent Treads. The tread depth depends on the size of the tire. Nevertheless, the treads still offer a strong grip on the trail, giving you confidence when driving in rough road conditions.
Features a High-Quality Tread Compound and Design. Thanks to the tire’s new tread compound, it’s capable of resisting cut and chip damage while delivering a quiet and comfortable ride. The compound also ensures that you won’t lose control when braking on wet roads.
Features Stone-Ejecting Blocks. No matter how rugged the trails get, you’ll still be in control of your vehicle. This is because the Open Country A/T III tire comes with stone-ejecting blocks that prevent debris from getting stuck in the grooves. This way, the tire stays clean and provides you with strong traction for years.

Tires are excellent! They ride smooth and have great traction. They fit nicely on the stock Jeep rims giving my gladiator a meatier look in the wheel well over the stock tires.

Excellent
I used to only ride on nitto’s but my wallet got thinner. Then I tried these. Wow I’ve them in mud, sand, rocks, creeks, 20 inches of snow(plowed and un-plowed)and last yes even ice! I had no problem with any of it! Yes they are not quite. I recommend rotating every 5000 to keep the noise down. If you get even a fraction of uneven tread they get real loud! Oh rain, well any tire like this turns and braking you have to remember you on off road tires. Now puddle water on road tracked straight! Great tires. I have put 3 sets on!

I wanted a aggressive looking tire, but like the road manners of a A/T. So I picked these Open Country R/T trails and I'm very happy with them so far. Dry and wet they preform very well, they have some road noise. But i like it, so no big deal to me

Extreme Terrain Cancelled My Order
These tires are fantastic and I have run them on my 4Runner and F-150. They ride great and I rotate them every 3k miles to preserve the tread and to keep them at even wear. Now, about the subject line…After about 2 weeks of waiting for shipping info, I get an email from ET cancelling my order because they are no linger carrying these tires. I ordered them during a sale and missed out on ordering from other companies because Labor Day sales were over. I called and they would not offer and discount on a comparable tire, so the customer service is very sad and they more than likely lost my business permanently. Keep in mind that these Toyo Open Country M/T’s are stellar! Good luck and take care, t-man
