My install was quick and easy. I do recommend getting something to help you with the molding. But once you get into the steering column it is a breeze.

Remote start kit
Installation was easy took about 20 minutes, this is the second kit I’ve installed and both have worked well no issues as of yet ( 1st kit on jeep compass 2nd kit on jk) just follow instructions and your good to go . Wife loves it on the cold mornings , if she’s happy it’s good . I would recommend this product

Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour
Works as expected
Pretty easy to install with minimal tools. I did not install any of the extra features (running lights, hood or valet switch) and took me about 15 minutes to run the wires and close it up. The programming was the most time consuming part. Important: Make sure you have a Windows computer (not a mac) handy to program this.
