Description
Heavy-Duty Front Axle. The Teraflex Tera30 HD Front Axle Housing with ARB Locker and 5.13 Gears is designed to replace bent, broken, or damaged axles in your Jeep Wrangler JL. This axle housing increases torsional strength to resist bending while adding minimal weight, ensuring durability and performance for off-road adventures.
Construction and Appearance. This axle housing features an asymmetric design for extra-long tube side strength and comes with pre-installed inner axle seals. It is constructed with HD forged inner knuckles, a ductile cast iron housing with increased rib gussets, and an HD ductile iron differential cover. The smooth radius bottom design helps it glide over rocks and obstacles, and it has a UV protected triple-stage powder-coat finish for longevity.
Installation. Professional installation is recommended for this product. The axle housing includes pre-tapped holes on the spring perch for bump stop extensions and pre-drilled holes for limit straps and lower spring retainers, facilitating a straightforward installation process.
