This set of shocks won’t only help soften the bumps and blows you’ll meet on the road, but it will also allow you to fine-tune your Jeep’s suspension performance. The shocks also automatically switch from soft to a manually, pre-selected firm setting to meet the demands of the smooth pavement or rugged terrains.
High-Quality aDAPT Control Module. What puts this set of piggyback shocks a notch above the rest of Teraflex’s shock kits is that it comes with an aDAPT control module. This module features 3 adjustable parameters, which are forward acceleration, lateral acceleration, and braking. This allows for various install orientations, so you can easily adjust the shocks to suit the road conditions ahead.
Highly Durable Shocks. These Falcon SP2 3.5 high-performance shocks feature 6061-T6 aluminum alloy bodies and 0.75-inch, induction hardened chrome plated shafts. They also come with a Teflon, bronze piston wear band with O-ring, and their hardware has undergone a 1,000-hour salt spray corrosion resistance test. As a result of their construction, these shocks have the strength to handle the punishment of your most demanding drives.
Installation Requires Moderate Mechanical Expertise. Installing these shocks is pretty straightforward, so there won’t be any drilling, cutting, or heavy modifications required. However, the procedure calls for moderate mechanical expertise and 3 hours of your time to ensure a smooth installation.
