Outstanding Design for Serious Off-Roading. Get serious with your off-roading when you install the Teraflex Front Tera60HD Axle Housing with ARB Locker, Locking Hubs and 4.88 Gears. This heavy-duty front axle housing features a number of engineered elements designed to give your Gladiator JT the capability to take on more aggressive off-road trails. Chief among them is a preinstalled ARB air locker and brand new 4.88 ratio gears to improve your ride’s crawling capabilities. Furthermore, this front axle housing measures 70 inches wide, making them ideal for larger tire and wheel combos.
Solid Build Quality. This Teraflex Tera60HD front axle housing is manufactured from cast ductile iron tubes with a 3.25-inch outer diameter and 0.375-inch thick walls for maximum strength. Likewise, its inner steering knuckles are forged from premium ductile iron to match the strength and performance of the housing. Finally, this front axle housing receives a specialized triple-stage black powder coating for optimum corrosion protection.
Practical Install Procedure. This Teraflex heavy-duty front axle housing is designed to replace your factory front axle without the need for modifications. That said, you will need a complete set of mechanics tools and possibly a helping hand since this axle is understandable quite heavy.
Recommended Upgrades. This heavy-duty front axle housing will require a set of adjustable control arms so you can adjust your vehicle’s caster angles. An air system is also recommended that you install an air system so you can take advantage of the ARB air locker.
