      Description

      Sizing. Weighing 2 pounds in all, Teraflex's shock stem eliminator is a well designed kit which changes the front shock mount in a TJ or YJ Wrangler into a loop-loop mount instead. This alters the length requirements of the shock by up to 1 inch, depending on the model. The change, however, sets up the Wrangler to equip a much greater selection of shock absorbers and shock lengths.

      Properties. This steel shock stem eliminator is manufactured to high quality standards by TeraFlex. Some components have a gloss black finish, while most others have a natural finish. After mounting, the upper front shock becomes a loop-loop shock instead.

      Notable Features. This kit is extremely easy to install and requires only approximately ten minutes to complete. All necessary hardware is included to complete the conversion.

      Application. This front shock stem eliminator fits 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ.
