      Description

      The Most Durable Dana 60 Front Axle For A TJ Jeep. The Front Teraflex Tera60 Unit Bearing Axle with 4.56 Gears is the ultimate addition for your off-road ready Jeep Wrangler TJ. This front axle is ideal for extreme off-road Jeeps of varying in height from 0-6 inches of lift. 

      Heavy-Duty Construction. The heavy-duty Tera60 axle housing is created from ductile cast iron with increased rib gussets for added strength and durability. Equipped with pre-installed inner seals and high flow oil passages, this housing is built to outlive and outperform any OEM unit. This axle housing also comes pre-tapped for bump stop extensions. This off-road performance upgrade is intentionally equipped with 3.25 inch O.D. x 0.375-inch wall axle tubes for superior strength and longevity.

      Traction, Gearing And Off-Road Features. Providing traction to the front wheels is an ARB air locker locking in a 4.56 Spicer ring and pinion gear set. The front axle is built with a smooth radius bottom design allowing it to glide over obstacles. Stopping your Jeep is a big 13.30-inch rotor attached to each end of this Dana 60 unit.

      Axle Protection. The direct bolt-on axle is covered with a UV-protected, triple-stage powder coat to keep your TJ protected from corrosion. Teraflex’s bolt-on axle housing is engineered, designed and built in the USA.

      Moderately Difficult Installation. Installation of this front axle replacement will take roughly 5 hours. The heavy-duty replacement is a direct fit and should install as OEM. Tools required for the job should not be more than simple hand tools.

      One-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty & Lifetime Structural Warranty. This Teraflex axle comes with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. For more information on the warranty please contact the manufacture.
