Innovated Technology. The Teraflex Front 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit with a Big Brake Kit is the ideal product kit to upgrade the Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axle on your Jeep Wrangler. This clever technology increases the distance between your inner and outer wheel bearings, dramatically reducing the bearing load.
Cutting-Edge Engineering. Forged from a heavy-duty 4140 Chromoly with 35 spline stub shafts, this extremely durable conversion kit incorporates high surface area engagement. Designed to seal the OEM wheel speed sensors from mud, rocks and other trail hazards, this quality engineering ensures constant data transmission while maintaining all ABS and ESP functions.
Superior Quality. Proudly made in the USA, an 8x6.5 inch wheel bolt pattern allows the use of one-ton Dana 60 components. In addition, the unlocked hub position makes for perfect flat towing.
Installation. The manufacturer recommends a professional mechanic complete this install due to the level of difficulty. The install time is approximately 4 hours.
Warranty. A Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defect that may be found in this kit.
Application. The Teraflex Front 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit with Big Brakes fits all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models. Teraflex's Brake Booster, part# 4303450, is recommended to be used with this Conversion Kit.
Technical Note. 2007-2012 Dana 30 Axles require new inner shafts with Larger U-Joint Ends, part# 303118 & 303134, while 2013+ Dana 30 and 44 Axles use the same U-Joint.
