      Description

      Improved Aerodynamics and Stylish Efficiency. Give a stylish upgrade to your Tacoma by installing this unpainted RK Sport Ram Air Hood for a distinctive appeal. Its refined curves enhance the aerodynamics and make your truck dash through the roads and trails with ease. In addition, the upraised center hood scoop is effectively designed as a positive pressure intake through which cooler and denser air enters the air box for better engine performance.

      Premium Construction and Design. RK Sport manufactures this Ram Air Hood using hand-laid, high-temperature fiberglass for supreme durability. This hood arrives unpainted and sealed in a premium quality gray gel coating, ready for the prep and painting to suit your style preference. RK Sport has also developed an effective engineering that prevents water that enters the scoop from accidentally making its way to the intake. The water is instead directed to weep holes where it exits the hood away from your truck's engine and air intake.

      Installation. RK Sport designed this Ram Air Hood for a straightforward installation that reuses factory hinges and hardware from the stock hood. The installation process takes about an hour with light-to-moderate mechanical skills. Professional installation is also recommended for the sanding, trimming, and painting of this hood.

      Technical Notes. AmericanTrucks recommends professional installation of all body parts. It is recommended that pre-fitting is done prior to painting. This will reduce the chance of marring the hood once it is painted.

      Application. This unpainted Ram Air Hood is specifically made by RK Sport to fit all 2016-2023 Tacoma models.
