      Description

      Maintenance-Free Unit. The Synergy Lower Control Arm Joint with Dual Durometer Bushing offers the same properties as standard lower arm control joint but in a greaseless, maintenance-free package. This is achieved by Synergy’s unique Dual Durometer Bushing, capable of self-centering even with up to 30 degrees of flex. What’s more, Synergy’s Dual Durometer Bushing is completely replaceable.

      Dual Hardness Rubber Bushing. At the heart of Synergy’s Lower Control Arm Joint with Dual Durometer Bushing is the proprietary dual durometer design. The Dual Durometer Bushing features a hard inner polyurethane lining, and an outer made from more pliable polyurethane. The inner outer material acts as a bearing surface, allowing movement of the free-floating sleeve, while the softer durometer polyurethane acts both as a bushing cushion as well as flex material. This unique design enables the bushing to be completely maintenance free.

      Tough Forged Steel Construction. The housing of the Synergy Lower Control Arm Joint is forged from 1045-steel for superior durability. The housing is then treated for corrosion resistance for even longer life.

      Direct Installation. The Synergy Lower Control Arm Joint with Dual Durometer Bushing is designed as a direct bolt-on installation. Please note that this component is for use with Synergy Lower Control Arms.

      Application. The Synergy Lower Control Arm Joint with Dual Durometer Bushing is compatible with all 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
