      Description

      Dual Durometer Bushing Technology. Synergy Manufacturing’s Dual Durometer Bushings are designed as a heavy-duty, overengineered replacement for OEM Clevite-style bushing in the lower control arms of Jeep Wranglers. These Bushings consist of two separate density bushings encased in a series of sleeves, serving different functions and providing different benefits. The outer, soft durometer polyurethane bushing functions as a misalignment spacer, providing 30-degrees of misalignment, and a soft, compliant layer for comfort. The inner, harder durometer polyurethane bushing is lined with teflon, acting as a bearing surface for the innermost, floating sleeve.

      Grease / Maintenance-Free Design. These bushings incorporate a teflon-infused, hard polyurethane inner bushing that acts as a low-friction bearing surface for the innermost “floating” sleeve. This sleeve can rotate 360-degrees with ease, negating the need for any additional lubrication or maintenance.

      Engineered For Performance and Comfort. With two separate durometer polyurethane bushings in every joint, the Synergy DDB series of bushings are engineered for comfort and compliance.

      Designed For Use With Control Arms Using OEM Clevite-Style Control Arm Bushings. Synergy Manufacturing offers these joints in various sizes; this specific configuration is designed to work with all lower control arms employing OEM-style bushings for a wide variety of applications.

      Application. This specific bushing is engineered for use in the lower control arms of 2006-2018 Jeep Wrangler TJ and JK models.
