Synergy manufacturers its HD Ball Joint bodies from a proprietary blend of sintered graphite, bronze, and 1045 steel for maximum strength and bearing smoothness, while the Ball Joint Stud itself is forged from 4140 steel for enhanced durability. Included are heavy-duty, heat, wear, and tear-resistant rubber boots to guarantee against joint contamination.

Non-Knurled Design. Designed as a repair for worn steering knuckles where a satisfactory press fit can no longer be achieved, knurled ball joints are intended as a repair part. Unlike many aftermarket Ball Joints, this specific product does not have a knurled housing. It is smooth and intended for steering knuckles that have not had their ball joint bores worn or enlarged by the repeated install of factory-style ball joints or a previous installation of knurled ball joints. These joints are intended for an application consisting of new steering knuckles, or knuckles with bores still tight enough to ensure a strong press-fit.

Warranty. This product is backed by a 12-month, unlimited warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship.
