How to Install Synergy Front Track Bar (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK) on your Jeep Wrangler

Installation Instructions:
1. Loosen the top end of the front track bar using a 21mm socket wrench, as well as a crescent wrench (Figure A).

2. Loosen the lower end of the front track bar using a 21mm socket wrench.
3. Remove the lower front track bar bolt and the capture nut attached (Figure B).

4. Remove the upper bolt.
5. Slide the track bar out of the bracket (Figure C).

6. Set the front track bar aside (Figure D).

7. Slide the Synergy front track bar into the lower axle-side bracket (Figure E).

8. Push the upper side of the Synergy track bar into place and slide the bolt through (Figure F).

9. Adjust the length of the track bar until the lower side aligns with the axle-based bracket.
10. Slide the bolt into the lower side track bar and tighten the capture nut.
11. Tighten the top nut.
12. Torque to 125 ft. lbs. on both ends.
