Description
Strengthen Axle Housing. You can easily beef up your Jeep Wrangler JK’s axle housing with this Synergy Dana 30 Front Axle Truss Kit. It is designed to replace the front axle bushings and weak passenger side upper control arm mount. These are prone to premature failure if you have installed lifts and larger tires in your Jeep. This axle truss kit will significantly improve the strength of the front axle so it will not bend or get damaged.
Heavy-Duty Quality. Made from CNC-formed 3/16-inch steel, this truss kit offers heavy-duty capabilities and long-lasting quality. It features Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) integrated into the front truss to eliminate the weak links in the factory housing. The bushings have a Teflon bearing surface for more flex, longevity, and better ride quality.
Welded Installation. It is advisable that this truss kit is installed by experienced welder/fabricator since this process requires welding and cutting. Incorrect installation of this axle truss may result in warped or damaged axle housing. Hence, professional or mechanical expertise is required.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. This Dana 30 Front Axle Truss Kit comes with Synergy’s limited lifetime warranty. This truss kit is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The product must be installed correctly, unaltered, and properly maintained to be eligible for warranty coverage.
Application. This Synergy Dana 30 Front Axle Truss Kit is specifically designed to fit all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models.
