A unique tire carrier angle design allows the tire to be easily lifted to the back or your Jeep without taking up the whole space. Get this internal tire carrier for your Wrangler, and always be prepared for the unexpected.
Strong Construction. Steinjager Tire Carriers are made with a polyurethane centering device to securely hold the wheel while off-roading. The highlight of this tire carrier is a “baja” style wing nut that supports your heavy 70+ lb. wheel when trying to line up the lug studs without having to maneuver it. A sleek Gray Hammertone powder coating finish gives a stylish look to your Wrangler while making sure it can take on any abuse off-road.
Straightforward Installation. Before installing the Steinjager Tire Carrier, you need to remove the rear seat, and some modifications on the roll bar padding might be needed. You can then mount the tire to the internal tire carrier using four clamps.
One-Year Limited Warranty. Steinjager offers a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the term of 12 months from the date of purchase of this product, and subject to receiving the mail-in warranty card from the customer within 30 days of the original purchase date from the authorized Steinjager. Check the manufacturer site for more details.
Application. The Steinjager Internal Spare Tire Carrier in Gray Hammertone is designed to fit on all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door models.
Note.This is not recommended to use with steel wheels. You will not be able to tighten the wheel down to the main body.
