Description
Optimal Support. With the Steinjager Internal Spare Tire Carrier in Gecko Green, you will always have a spare tire in your Jeep for any unforeseen mishaps on the road. This tire carrier is at an angle that makes it easy to lift your heavy spare tire and lay it down the tire carrier without taking up all the space at the back of your Jeep.
Rugged Build. Steinjager has created this tire carrier to have a polyurethane centering device to securely hold the wheel while off-roading. A stylish Gecko Green powder coating finish can withstand the wear and tear of off-roading. It also comes with a “baja” style wing nut that provides support to your heavy 70+ lb. wheel when trying to line up the lug studs without having to maneuver it.
Straightforward Installation. Installing the tire to the Steinjager Tire Carrier is quite easy; simply use the 4 clamps to attach the tire to the inside of your Wrangler. But before doing the install, you need to remove the rear seat, and some modifications on the roll bar padding might be needed.
One-Year Limited Warranty. Steinjager offers a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the term of 12 months from the date of purchase of this product, and subject to receiving the mail-in warranty card from the customer within 30 days of the original purchase date from the authorized Steinjager dealer. Application. The Steinjager Internal Spare Tire Carrier in Gecko Green is designed to fit on all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door models.
Note.This is not recommended to use with steel wheels. You will not be able to tighten the wheel down to the main body.
