Description
A Winch with the Ultimate Pulling Power. If you plan to go rock crawling or off-roading over steep terrain with your Wrangler that's filled up with extra cargo, the Smittybilt XRC Gen2 17,500 lb. Winch will give you the extra pulling capacity you'll need to pull your Jeep should it get stuck along the way.
Extra Heavy Duty Construction. This XRC Gen2 winch has an increased pulling capacity of 17,500 lbs through a thicker heavy duty cable. It is powered by a 6.6hp amphibious motor that is coupled to a 3-stage planetary gear system that provides the highest torque output in the industry with increased line speed. The cable is securely attached to a heavy duty forged steel tow hook and it feeds through a 4-way roller fairlead for smooth controlled pulling operation. A wired remote with a 12' line allows you to control the winch even when you're not standing near the vehicle for added flexibility.
Bolt-On Installation. This winch assembly is designed for bolt-on installation with a compatible aftermarket kit or Smittybilt front bumpers with built-in winch mounts.
Limited Warranty. Smittybilt covers their winches with a limited lifetime mechanical warranty and a 3 year electrical warranty against manufacturer defects. Please consult the Smittybilt website for more details.
Application. The Smittybilt XRC Gen2 17,500 lb. Winch fits all model year Jeep CJ and Wranglers with the proper mount kits or Smittybilt front bumpers with built-in winch mounts.
