NOTE: Read instructions entirely before installing this product. This boot is designed to be a snug/tight fit to reduce flapping and noise. It is recommended to install this product when temperatures are above 75 degrees. If temperatures are below this; the material can contract over an inch. Wrinkles from packaging will go away once the material relaxes.

NOTE: Make sure softop is folded down per owners’ manual lowering procedures. Not following the manufacturers instructions may make installing this part more difficult. You will need the tailgate bar to install this part.

Step 1: Unzip the storage boot.

Step 2: Install the OEM tailgate bar onto the tonneau by sliding the “C” channel on the bar over the sewn in channel (tube) on the storage boot. (Fig A) Once that is done, insert the bar into the mounting brackets on each side of the tailgate opening.

Step 3: Wrap the storage boot around your soft top. Tuck the top into the boot. Pull the zipper closed with one hand while pulling the two flaps together with the other.

Step 4: Slide the plastic channel sewn into the corners of the boot into the retaining channel on the top of your body tub. (Fig B)

Step 5: Wrap the straps on each corner around the sport bar and slide through buckle then pull tight. Installation is now complete. (Fig C)
