Sizing. This Skyjacker Softride Hydro rear shock is engineered for use with Wranglers fitted with 1 to 3 inch lift systems. With its heavy duty, twin-tube construction, this shock can handle just about anything the trails can throw at you. The expanded fluid reservoir reduces foaming and provides consistent performance.

Properties. A lift system is meant to perform as well as it looks, and Skyjacker intends to keep it that way. Their Softride Hydro rear shock self adjusts to keep up with changes in terrain or on pavement. This shock's multi-stage, velocity sensitive valving gives it maximum articulation while providing a smooth highway ride. The sturdy twin-tube body, 5/8 inch hardened double chrome rod, internal rebound bumper, and oversized piston contribute to this shock's toughness.

Notable Features. This shock comes with Skyjacker's signature red polyurethane bushings which provide immediate shock response. These bushings look great alongside the red polyurethane boots. The steel body is finished in a white powder coat, and boasts the Skyjacker logo.

Application. Fits 1997 - 2006 TJ Wranglers with a 1 to 3 inch lift.
