      Description

      Sizing. The SkyJacker Softride Nitro front shock for use with 2 - 2.5 inches of lift has a compressed length of 14.54 inches, an extended length of 24.75 inches, and a travel length of 10.21 inches.

      Properties. This twin-tube design is 150 psi nitrogen gas pressure charged. It uses a multi-stage velocity sensitive valving, plus an ingenious combination of factors to ensure it maintains high performance levels: bigger than usual piston head, internal rebound bumper, and a 5/8 inch diameter hardened double chrome rod. The formation of air bubbles is kept to a minimum, thanks to the compression control and urethane bushings, which also work to reduce fade.

      Notable Features. SkyJacker has earned their reputation as one of the best companies for manufacturing high quality shocks that work great for heavy-duty applications. Though these may seem a little stiff on the streets, but you'll be impressed by their off-road performance. These shocks are white with a red polyurethane boot.

      Application. This front shock fits 1987 - 1995 YJ Wranglers.
