      Description

      Sizing. This SkyJacker hydro rear shock works with TJ Wranglers that have between 1 and 1.25 inches of lift. The compressed length is 13.71 inches and the extended length is 22.58 inches.

      Properties. This shock utilizes hydraulic action and multi-stage velocity sensitive valving for a great ride on the road and excellent performance off it. The hardened double chrome rod is 5/8 of an inch in diameter, and the part features an internal rebound bumper, rugged polyurethane bushings, larger piston head, and variable resistance. The expanded fluid reservoir ensures consistent performance but reduces foaming.

      Notable Features. These shocks are finished with a heavy mileage white paint that offers at least 240-salt protection. Red polyurethane bushings and a red boot are included in this kit.

      Application. This rear shock fits 1976-1995 Jeep CJ5, CJ7 and Wrangler YJ Models.
