CAUTION: This kit is to be used for temporary repairs only. Repaired tires should be taken to a certified tire service center for inspection and replacement if needed. On road Repairs should be made to the center tread area only. All hole repairs are to be made inbound 1" from edge of tire tread. Sidewall of tire CAN NOT BE PLUGGED for on road use.

(1) Locate puncture. If object cannot be located soap water should be used. Bubbles will indicate hole location.


(2) Remove object from tire. For on road repairs hole must be located 1" inbound from either edge of tire tread. DO NOT REPAIR if hole is located near or on the sidewall of tire.


(3) Insert T-handle punch into hole. Work punch in and out several times to clear hole for plug.


(4) Insert rubber plug into eye of T-handle plunger. Place plunger eye into hole and insert to base of plunger extractor.


(5) Press down on plunger extractor and pull up on T-handle to insert rubber plug into tire.


(6) Cut off ends of rubber plug at tread. Slowly inflate tire and checking for leaks.
