      Description

      Construction. This Rugged Ridge steering box skid plate is manufactured out of 3/16 inch thick steel. The first layer of paint is a rust resistant e-coating. The plate is then finished in a black, chip resistant powder coating. You can be sure this plate can handle whatever trails you take it on.

      Protection. This plate protects your YJ's steering box from harsh impacts and sharp boulders. Rugged Ridge designed this plate to retain your rig's ground clearance, so you continue climbing the same obstacles you were before.

      Accessories. This plate comes with all the necessary hardware for installation.

      Application. Some drilling is required to install this plate. This plate fits 1987 - 1995 YJ Wranglers.
