Design. This cargo area storage bin is manufactured out of high durability ABS plastic which provides years of use. The plastic is thick, hard, and rigid, making it possible to carry heavy objects in the bin without breaking or deforming it. A pair of handles are molded directly into the bin at either end, making it easy to remove the bin from the Jeep for cleaning, or to be used as a carrying tote. A pattern of low relief chevron treads is molded into the bottom of this container to match similar patterns used for Wrangler floor and cargo liners. The bin weighs 2 lbs and measures 25 inches by 10 inches by 4 inches. It has a 5 year limited warranty against defects.

Storage Benefits. This bin offers a way of storing greasy, oily equipment in the back of a Jeep without getting the carpets dirty. The solid, chemically resistant bin contains spilled oil, water, grime, and other substances which might damage the carpet and the floorboards under it. The bin can also be taken out of the Wrangler for cleaning, to serve as a component tray while repairing the vehicle, or carrying out one of many other tasks.

Application. This Rugged Ridge product fits neatly into the rear storage compartment in 2007-2012 Jeep Wrangler JK Models. The bin is kept in place by its snug fit and requires no connectors, so neither attachment nor drilling is needed.
