Installation Instruction:
1. Park vehicle on flat level ground and set the emergency brake.
2. Turn wheels to a straight forward position.
3. Remove factory steering stabilizer from the vehicle.
4. Install the supplied red boot over the new stabilizer cylinder.
5. Now install one poly bushing and steel sleeve at each end. 6. Install using factory hardware.
Note: Be sure to install so that the cylinder body is mounted to the axle side as shown in photo below. If mounted the opposite way damage can occur to the stabilizer.
7. After installation be sure to cycle steering and check for adequate clearance. In most cases the factory stabilizer bracket on the tie rod assembly will need to be rolled down slightly to allow for adequate clearance. After adjusting check again for adequate clearance.
7. Re-tighten all bolts after the first 100 miles and periodically thereafter.
