Description
Mount Your Lights. When adding cowl cube lights to your JT make the installation much easier by investing in asset of Rugged Ridge Cowl Cube Light Outside Mounts. They are a well-built little platform with room to grow and a focus on customization. Your 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT will absolutely love it!
Steel Plate. These mounting brackets have been forged from 3mm plate steel to give your cowl lights a sturdy foundation. It's built to take punishment, as if it were on the cowl of a Jeep or something.
Powder-Coat Finish. This mount has a durable, black powder-coat finish to withstand the elements and corrosion. It's made to last and looks great mounted with your lights.
Installation. This light mount needs simple hand tools to mount. Allow about 10 minutes for total installation.
Five-Year Limited Warranty. This product is protected by Rugged Ridge's 5-year limited warranty, which protects against material and workmanship defects for a period of 5 years after the date of purchase. Please see Rugged Ridge's full warranty for details.
Application. These Rugged Ridge Cowl Cube Light - Outside Mounts are designed to fit all 2020-2025 Jeep Gladiator JT models. Lights not included.

Hardware Does NOT Fit
2020 Gladiator (Mojave): Overall, the brackets are solid and the black paint works well with my black Jeep. HOWEVER... The washers sent with the brackets were too large to fit inside the indents on the cowling. Also, the screws that came with the kit, are too short. With the spacers and washers, they were about 1 - 2 inches too short. So I had to go find and purchase new washers and screws.

Cowl mount
The mount is very sturdy, install was very straightforward... only hiccup was the spacers... the bolts were not long enough to go through the spacers and still attach to the existing inner hole. So instead of having a little space between the mount and the paint, it’s bolted directly onto the paint... will probably scratch over time but that’s life

Nice brackets
These brackets are high quality and have a nice thick powder coat with light texture. They definitely compliment my Jeep Gladiator. As others noted, the bolts that come with them are too short so you will have to make a modification. I liked the stock bolts so I bought short 6 mm threaded tubes and cut a 1” piece of the 6 mm bolts that came with the kit and extended the stock bolt with these pieces and it worked perfect. This added to the installation time. I used this bracket to install a GMRS Browning antenna.

Worked great
Hooked these up, said they were compatible with the gladiator, but the course thread bolts it came with weren’t long enough with the spacers, even with out the spacers. You’ll have to go to a hardware store and get longer ones.

Cowl cube light bracket
I struggled with which bracket to order. This seemed to be in the middle price range. I did modify the mounting from the directions. The bolt hole on the cowl called for a metal washer. I started with a rubber washer for shock absorption as well as securing torque cushion and prevent any scratching. Overall bracket is secure and looks good.

These worked great with longer bolts!! Rubicon 392 hood is much taller than the normal JL! Most the retail market and the Builders don't realize this!!!!
