2017 Wrangler - Comps
Instant Clearance
I installed these before upgrading to a larger tire 33" and installing a small lift kit. These fender flares give the appearance of having a lift and you do get more clearance than the factory fenders. The only con I can give these is that now that I've had them on the Jeep for over 2 years now they are starting to fade with the AZ sun.

Great Product
Arrived well packaged and damage free, instructions coupled with you tube vids make installation quick and easy, fender flares are of heavy material (comparable to the factory supplied units and about the same weight), when fully mounted they will flex a little (like the factory originals). I used butyl rubber caulk between the fender and body for a smoother seamless look and am completely pleased with results.

Hurricane Fender Flares
Finally had time to install my flares. Went in pretty easy directions were ok, if you have a little bit of mechanical ability you'll have no problem. Happy with how sturdy the new flares are, they look great.

Great look but difficult install
Instructions are very difficult to understand depending on the model Jeep you have. I have a 2016 Rubicon 4 door and the instructions were terrible. The included hardware to bolt the fender on is cheap and the fenders have to be custom cut to fit my Rubicon. Terrain says it should take approx. 3 hours to install. It took me over 8 hours and a lot of trial and error to fit these on. They are a good qualtiy and look great but wouldnt buy this brand again.

Install was a little bit of a challenge as it’s very tight on a few of the places to bolt on the fender. I applied the false bolts the night before as there are so many. Once on, it’s a great look. The bolts for the fender support are not the right size so you will need to buy the correct carriage bolts and nuts. Install took a little longer than a few hours

Great fit and great looking flares
The only thing that keeps me from 5stars is that 2 of the flares came scratched in the box!! They also appear easily scratched but my plan is to rhino line them once they get more trail damage. Other than that they are awesome They fit great They look great They leave room for 35’s with no lift
