Before (Headlights and Blinkers) with no stone guards. 2004 TJ Columbia Edition.

1. Using Torx 15 remove the 3 screws from the bezel on the headlights. Put them somewhere safe, do not leave them on the bumper, one may slide down into it.

2. Attach the 3 clips for each headlight with the Torx 15 screws. There are 2 holes to choose from on the the clips. Pick which one is the better distance away from the light. Snap the grill into place. Each grill has slightly different places to snap onto, make sure the correct one is on the correct side.

3. Don’t over tighten them. Once they are all in place, snap on the stone guard.

4. Using a Philips head screwdriver, remove the 4 screws from rear tail light.

5. Place the stone guard over the tail light and attach the guard. Do NOT over tighten. You could crack the plastic.

6. Remove the 2 blinker screws with a Torx 15. Put aside and save them. You will use the screws and washers that came with the kit to install these. The Torx screws are too short to utilize.

7. Place the washer on the screw and insert through the stone guard. Do NOT over- tighten.

8. Hand tighten screws and you are done!
