How to Install Rugged Ridge Black Door Hinge Cover Kit (07-18 Wrangler JK 2 Door) on your Jeep Wrangler

1. Carefully open the package using a box cutter or knife (Figure A) and ensure the hardware is included and undamaged.

2. Remove the door from the vehicle (Figure B).

3. With the door on the ground, loosen the two bolts from the top hinge using a Torx 47 bit (Figure C). 

4. Remove the two bolts (Figure D).

5. Place a door hinge cover over the two holes and align (Figure E).

6. Insert two bolts (supplied) and tighten using a 6mm Allen wrench (Figure F).

7. Repeat Steps 3-6 for the three other remaining hinges.
